I'll bite the bullet here with 13/8. Attacking could be right but looks awfully big. 6/1 just weakens our position while hoping to get lucky, while White is likely to improve. If we bury enough checkers White won't mind not being anchored.

13/8 bonus: a fourteenth attacker.
