Hitting two, specifically the two in the opponent's outfield, gives us tremendous control of the entire board basically. The opponent can't hit us back immediately barring doubles. If the opponent throws any 6x from the bar we'll be able to hit that checker on our bar with ease next turn. Even when the opponent enters both immediately he has almost nothing left in his own offensive zone to attack our last checker that we left there temporarily. We should be able to tidy up over the next couple of turns and maintain a huge racing lead with the opponent having four to five men back.
