An instructive position. While focusing on whether to leave two blots (keeping the six-prime), one might pay too little attention to determining the right point to clear.

The two-blot decision is very sensitive to how many spare pips White can play on her side of the board. I wouldn't try 5/1 4/2* here, but I'd be tempted if White's 12pt blot is nudged forward 2 or 3 pips.
