If you did happen to anchor up here how you go about it does matter. The 21pt anchor in a race that's so close only has downside as there will be times that it gets hemmed in somewhat. It offers no real coverage for potential shot leaving numbers. At least making the 18pt anchor gives you the freedom to race if you so choose at some point and blocks the opp's best number until you give it up.
