I think there are quite a few players who would at least consider 20/15 13/10 OTB, and maybe some would play it, but I doubt that anyone would have studied this type of position to be confident about it.

There's a chapter in Mike Corbett's book Backgammon Problems that is somewhat similar to this one. I don't have the book in front of me, so I can't point you to the exact page, but it shows that Corbett at least spent some time thinking about positions like this.
