Our 16pt blot guards the outfield, and is not in much danger of getting hit because White's midpoint is stripped and her 4's are duplicated. On the other hand, I don't think it helps much to leave our 9pt slotted; even if White misses and we cover, White's straggler is still poised to leap our prime with a 6. Similarly, I don't think that a genius play like 16/10 13/11 is warranted when White has no other blots lying around.

That leaves me looking at 13/7 9/7 or 13/11 9/3. Both look somewhat ugly but I'd go with 13/11 9/3 for some extra outfield coverage.
