The 5pt is always an asset, but since White has escaped all her checkers already, there's no rush to make it. Making the bar-point anchor looks better than making the 4pt anchor here. I think the straggler on Blue's 23pt is more of an asset (for generating shots) than a liability (a target of attack) because of White's weak board, and the 18pt puts a wedge in the middle of White's structure. 21/18 for me.
