I am happy to report that Matt Cohn Geier had downloaded the Coconut Practice Guide document prior to the link going down. I am grateful to Matt for searching for the document (which includes 75 positions), finding it, and e-mailing it to me. I forwarded it to Maxim Glaeser, who is kindly rehosting it. In short, the link is now working again.

The Coconut 2 Pipcount Practice Guide (i.e., the advanced one) is still missing (and the link not working). Did anyone happen to download it some months or years ago? If so, it should be on your computer, or on your Google (or other) drive. Could you please search for it?
