1 - For White, there are 17 winning rolls (not 16), if Blue doesn't throw the 5 instant winning doubles.

2 - Less than 18 rolls, so Blue Double

3 - because that will be the last roll and the cube will be dead.

4 - And White Take because more than 25% for White.

If you know all these 4 premisses, it is easy to get the conclusion right otherwise you still need to study.
