Lots of choices with these 3s. 4/1*(2) must be right with two of the 3s with the hope that White will enter on your 4 or 5-point. With the last two 3s, I'd try clearing the hard to clear 11-point with 11/8(2). That clears the hard to clear 11-point and creates lots of spares on the 8 that you can use while waiting for a convenient time to clear the mid.
