I think it's close. But probably receive. You want the third possession.

I think that overrides the second possessor advantage of knowing what they need to do - possibly going for it on 4th down instead of punting, or going for touchdown instead of field goal. Maybe there's a possible field position loss too, but punters are so good and if you can't move it some yards on your first try you deserve to get beat.

That said, last night before the 49ers chose to receive I said I'd kick... Knowing what you need to do on 4th down is pretty strong. So I was surprised when the niners took the ball. But reddit discussion may have swayed me to recieve.
