I'm grabbing the 5-point without hesitation, so 11/5. Now for the 2, I'll take the bait and go to the 18. White would likely use 6's to make a break for it anyway, so this seems better than stripping the midpoint to me.

I can't imagine making the 18 is right (foregoing the 5p) either.

So... 11/5, 20/18.
