Without the bar point anchor, 20 pips is way too much to overcome and it would be a clear drop. I guess winning chances for white below %15 in that case.

I think the bar point anchor, doesn't create enough extra game winning shots to compensate for the huge race deficit and the extra gammons lost.

Blue must break the midpoint now with any ace, 55,44,33,22, and 54,43.

I cannot imagine this position to be possibly a big take. I am passing.
