Ahead in the race, we play bar-22, preparing to escape.

Alternative moves are bar-24, 64 and bar-23, 65.
bar-24 64 stays out of "harm's way" for one roll but blue is really in need of running with the straggler next move.
Bar-23, 65 is my 3rd choice, since although it duplicates fours, if white rolls a four it hits unquestably and it is not even close in my view.
