Neil v. Stick - Finals #1

With the race lead, I have an incentive to play safe here, and 11/2 would be my first thought, with one blot and a minimal 11 shots. Drawback is going behind the anchor.

Can I do better? Purer alternatives are:

  • 11/6 13/9 - Still 1 blot, but 18 shots - too much for me
  • 13/8 11/7 - 1 blot, but 20 and some shots
  • 13/8 13/9 - 2 blots, and 21 shots

Action alternatives involving hit on ace are

  • 11/7 6/1* - 2 blots, 20 shots - too costly given that the tempo is not that important
  • 13/9 6/1* - 3 blots, 22 shots - worse

Seems I go with the first option 11/2
