Certainly, in Chinese there is a distinction. There is also a distinction between your older brother/sister and your younger brother/sister, a distinction between your father's sister and your mother's sister and your father's brother's wife and your mother's brother's wife, etc.

Some languages (not Chinese) distinguish between "we, including you" and "we, not including you".
