White has an advanced anchor and Blue is still on the 24pt, so your reflex should be to play 24/22 and ask questions later. You don't want to get primed. Of course you might reject 24/22 if it's just too horrible, but 24/22 13/8 doesn't look that horrible to me. That's what I'd play.
