Normally, either 5pt beats either 4pt (or, in Stick's catchy formulation, either the 5pt or the 20pt beats either the 4pt or the 21pt). There can be exceptions when White has a particularly strong offensive threat, but that's not the case here. So @ is out.

On the second roll of the game, H often beats P, though typically not by a huge margin. But this isn't the second roll of the game. Here, H strips the midpoint while P makes a solid five-prime. P seems clear to me. Maybe if White's straggler were closer to escaping, I'd play H.
