What are blue's bad rolls? 66, 65, 61, 54, 53, 52, 51 are the only ones I see so that's 13 if I counted right, leaving 23 rolls that are market losers.

Of course, white doesn't always hit if blue leaves a blot, so it's not 13/36 GWC for her. I'm not seeing enough for white to take - the pipcount would be a cash in a straight race and the shot equity doesn't seem to cut in her favor.

This is probably technically TG, but since some will take and there's a question about playing against a fish it looks like a practical cube.
