The seven and four points are nominally of equal value (it depends on the position); here the bar does a better job of blocking so it's probably "better". But often making an extra point is better than making the more valuable one, so I'll make the four and nine points. Making the seven is my second choice.

It's not clear to me that making the 18 accomplishes much when there's better options available. 20/16(2)? Simply press the race lead? Might be the bot play, but I'll make the four and nine points.
