I'd go for the attack here, 7/3*(2), followed by 13/9(2). Even though White is anchored, we can still launch a successful attack, with another blot to pick up and a big board advantage. I wouldn't move my checker on the 24pt because it guards White's home board, giving us a direct shot if White dumps checkers behind our anchor.
