I like more to enter with b/23 and be out of range from Stick't sixes. We have equal boards and he is behind in race so like to hit loose on his 4pt. It is true that b/21 looks more as race play which is thematic but we have escaping route from 23pt as well. For the rest 13/9 looks fine. It start 9pt and could be builder for barpt, 4pt or 3pt. Checker on 11pt leaves two shot less and control more territory but could be use as builder only to make barpt.
