I would play b/23-13/9. The alternative is b/21-13/11, but since we've made our 5-pt, the blot on the 11-pt would be of little use (just for making the bar pt) but with the blot on our 9-pt, we can make our 4 or 3 pts. Another point is that Stick has a builder in his 15-pt and if we land on his 4-pt, he might well POH and then the blot on the 11-pt would be another pain in the neck
