Competitive backgammon - a reading of Magiel

I have not completed my reading of Magriel's backgammon for the last 30 years since December 1993. In 94 I published the first 11 chapters in Bulgarian. In 2023 I published in Bulgarian 2nd edition of "Competitive backgammon" - the same 11 chapters with all positions rolled out. In 1993 I published Vol 2. "Competitive backgammon - ENDGAME" based on chapters 23-27- all positions rolled out with my comments, and some more positions added. Now is the turn of the English version of vol. 2. In June or July I expect to publish the third volume "Backgammon - strategy and tactics - elements - all chapters 12-22 plus 26-39. I have practically written everything, but final redaction and proofreading usually take a month or two. The links are to Title and Contents pages of vol. 2 in English. I print the book on my home printer and thus I am flexible with new editions. I am trying "Backgammon" to be obsolete no more and be the best textbook again. GMs are invited to get a free copy for a review and suggestions.
