In answer to:
"Question C) In case the box keeps the same partner untill the box is lost, what happens when it is actually the partners turn to play as captain according to the original playing order?", Nack Ballard writes:
"C) Their place in the original order is irrelevant. Box and partner go to the bottom and next-to-bottom of the order, one way or the other (as predetermined)."

I like this suggestion very much. However, after the box is lost and the current captain becomes the new box, who is the new box'es partner? Simply the next player in line?
