In my first variant (below), White owns her 11pt instead of her 9pt. This easily swings Blue's best play. All good ways that White might have been able to play a 6 (i.e., 23/17*, 21/15, 15/9, and 13/7*) have been denied.
In my second variant, one of Blue's 6pt checkers is nudged back to his 7pt. This change has a smaller effect but still wipes out 22/18 6/5's edge and gives POH (8/4* 5/4) a slight lead.
