Early game 43 -- where do you want the checkers?

The obvious play is to make the 21 and 2 points. QF says otherwise, but I'm not really seeing anything else.

Pure play would say don't make the 2 point yet, but also would say that the 9 and 3 points can't be part of the same prime. I'll guess that the bot play is 24/21 13/9 but will stick with my play since I don't do QF.
