Well, 24/21 seems obvious. Then we can cover our blot with 6/2, or slot the 9pt with 13/9. I would cover the blot with 6/2. We'd like to cover that blot at some point before it becomes a liability (e.g., in a blot-hitting contest) and now seems to be a convenient time to do so. While 13/9 is a nice play, I don't think it's urgent; we can play off the midpoint next turn. White has an advanced anchor so it's not like we have an urgent strategic need to build a prime.
