Slightly behind in the race, blue needs to maintain contact, which implies staying on the four point. OTOH, my experience is that usually a bar point holding game gives better odds than a four-point holding game, so I'll step up to the 18.

Then, might as well make the other bar point. Both bar points should give decent odds. The other option is to hold both four points, which might be better.

Tim did a whole series on 4 vs bar point recently on rgb and I think I batted about .200 there so I may be wrong here, but I'll make both bar points. 21/18(2) 13/7.
