Race will be about even after this play so making the advanced anchor seems automatic - especially since we will have two exposed blots unless we play the ugly 5/2.

Might switching points to hit be right? I hate to break the six to make the 1,2,and 3 points, but won't be surprised if that's the bot play. I'd like to keep the midpoint and 7/4(2) would seem to be the other option. But that leaves too many shots for my taste.

How about 7/4(3) 5/2? Make a fourth homeboard point, safety the blot and hope to run or hit later. I'll try that but without much conviction.
