Anchor or hit?

I like the anchor because your hit will be behind an already established Villain anchor. There are no extra checkers on 7 or 8 to cover the blot hit on 4. It just does not seem worth it to possibly send another checker back if Villain hits loose on the 4. Secondly, I would consider Bar/20 because Villain’s inner board is so weak. Bar/20 would be better for a race game. Should we settle for a mediocre 22 anchor? Or should we try to achieve a 20 anchor or race depending on our next roll.
