Which advantage do you choose?

"Here's another problem with choice 2: Holding onto the advantage affects cube decisions. For example, if you have a close take decision and taking it would be for the match, you might want to drop because your match equity from dropping would be slightly higher holding this advantage. How much higher? I don't know, and that's what could mess me up."

It would affect opponent's cube decisions also. Is there a reason to think that overall the cube adjustments negatively affects the choice 2 player?
