White has no board so hitting loose on the four point looks sound. OTOH, blue iw way ahead in the race, which implies safer play. But after anchoring, where to play the six? 13/6 exposes a double shot and I don't think burying one on the two point is going to be the bot play.

So, I'll hit loose. I'd anchor at GS, otherwise hit loose where an exchange of hits favors blue. 13/4*.
