Is this a backgame yet? Should you hit? If so, how?

Please note that in the third position the top move of the 4-ply evaluation differs from the top move predicted by the full roll-out. Please also note that in the third position in it is not clear (to XG at least) if the game will turn out to be a all out backgame or not. Whereas, the first two positions are instances of full backgames where even I can identify them as such.
