Solid positional advantage for Blue, solid race advantage for White, and a smidgen of a threat available for Blue.

I'd ship it on the basis that when things go right for Blue, they go really right. Bear in mind that a handful of White's eventual entries can result in another blot or semi-dead checker.

White's take is crystal clear as it stands with the race lead effectively canceling the opponent's positional lead, leaving Blue only a vague threat to lean on.
