Always obey the law?

My play is 13/8 13/10. 6/3 6/1 looks wrong but not that horribly wrong--the midpoint isn't really worth all that much, it wastes a little in the race, and you'll look like a fool if you roll 61 next. 21/13 looks like a giant whopper.
