Error messages, especially with iphone accessing site

I can access bgonline.org/forums through a computer but on my iphone using chrome browser I only get an error message "The server encountered a file error, and was unable to access the above-named file!". Are others having a similar issue or has an idea what is going wrong?

I tried starting a thread with that above paragraph but then got the same message. Seeing if it works if I respond to an already started thread.
