Nice choice between making 3pt and run. We are ahead in race, have less checkers back which are standard arguments for running. Although making new inner point is fine for more G's especially with cube already turned, it seems to me as right idea to try for back checker escape. After move we are 21 pips ahead so I somewhat prefer 23/15. If we are behind I will go with 3pt. Next turn white can make new inner point and escaping could become harder. If Stick hit us in outfield there is still big whole in his hb in this moment to enter without much problems but if he hit us on our 9pt we have rehiting six from the bar. After run our position looks more compact and well connected.
