B/22 24/22 has 6 big swing rolls of 16, 15, 14 which instead of being able to play those rolls safely expose 2 blots.

B/22 19/17 has big swing rolls of 21 (exposing 2 blots instead of 1) and 33 (exposing a blot, and repeaters, and more chance to run off bg instead of just winning).

Size of swings for each are on average about the same I think. I know 6 > 3. My play is B/22 24/22.
