It's very interesting that this subject attracted a lot of interest and comments in DailyGammon but not even a single one here.

All the same, I'll give you the results. As it turns out, this mutant strategy does very badly. It could only win 7.46% of 50,555 total points in 20,000 cubeful games.

I don't want to type it all here again. Please go to https://montanaonline.net/backgammon/py3.php and read the experiment abstract. You can also download the other files related to this experiment and then you can do whatever your own calculations to see if you could have come anywhere close to predicting the results, even if after the fact.

The next experiment is the same but cubeless. So, feel free to predict how the results may be different with the "cube skill" omitted. I will post those results in a few days also.
