Not quite a race, but should we use a racing formula anyway?

I get Blue's EPC to be 31.7 (using Art Benjamin's EPC formula) vs. 35 for White so White doesn't have a take on the race alone. White will however hit about 10% of the time on the next sequence which I think is enough for a take. R/T.
