What's the least bad blot to leave?

What's the game plan here? Behind in the race by 20 pips and stuck behind a solid five prime does not look promising. But white is still on the ace point so a counterprime seems like the most likely approach. So, minimizing shots is not necessarily the priority.

13/7 only leaves six shots.

two down leaves 14 if I counted right.

10/3* leaves 13

13/9 6/3* leaves more than I care to count, as do the other plays.

I'll go with two down since it doesn't leave a whole bunch of shots and seems to maximize the priming potential.
