Utility to simultaneously cross-convert six rating types

While discussing in DailyGammon, Zorba (you may remember him from the old days of RGB), posted the coversion factors below. Before I spend more time on it, I would like to know if they are correct at least approximately. Do they look okay to you all?
The only ratio that makes sense to me is the percentage of 2,200 ELO of XG (Roller??) and GnuBG (3-ply??). I think I understand ER/PR/PPG but not well enough to talk about them without a cheat sheet. So I need to rely on info from others on those.
Also, are there other rating formulas out there that I should add to the page?
I'll appreciate any comments to make the page better and more useful for everyone.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
ppg * 500 ~= delta ELO delta ELO / 33 ~= delta PR (XG)
PR (XG) = 0.5 * Error rate (GNUbg) ~= 1.1 * ER (Snowie)
Quick example: a player with an XG PR of 6.0 would have a 12.0 Error rate in GNUbg and an estimated Snowie ER of 5.45.
A player with an XG PR of 3.0, is expected to be rated around 99 ELO points higher than someone with PR 6.
When playing a money session, a player with PR 3 is estimated to win ~0.2 ppg over the player with PR 6.
