Try this as a PFH position. Play it half the time running and half the time breaking the midpoint. (I recommend batches of five rather than alternating.) Don't play to the end of the game. Just play until the position has developed into something relatively clear.

I practiced this position as a PFH problem last night with the breaking the midpoint move and it helped a great deal. I got the original move right, but found it difficult to see how keeping the anchor results in wins. (I knew what was right, but didn't understand why.) I can see it much better after the PFH practice. And, I understand subsequent play better as well.
