Blue is ahead in the race, so I'd just move the blot on the fourteen to the ten so it's only subject to an indirect shot and move the runner up to the 22 where it can see daylight.

With 12 in the zone, a distraction play may be in order since white would love to unload her stacks on the runner, so maybe the loose hit is right. I'll still make the quiet play. 23/22 14/10.
