What does Stick say about the 22pt anchor?

I know the answer to that question, but I don't know the right move here.

The choice seems to be between running off the anchor and slotting the four point. Move a blue checker from the 6 to the 5 or move the runner back to the ace and slotting seems clear since blue has more covers than white has hits. Here, it looks close (although good chance XG doesn't think so). I'll still slot due to the anchor and white's homeboard blot. With a race lead I'd be inclined to run, but blue doesn't have that here.
