I would be surprised if it is correct to move the blot on the 15 past the opponent's outfield point. The mutual contact in the outfield is much in Blue's favor.

If keep both anchors 10/6 9/4 looks best giving attacking possibilites (can still win this forwards). The blot getting hit can help timing but the 4-5 game does not need as much as it as deeper backgames and it can solve the opponent's 11 point problem.

If leave an anchor 20/15 10/6 looks best. I thnk it best takes advantage of white having to make plays in an inflexible position. That is my play, but without much confidence.
