Hit or anchor?

I think we need to anchor now, to avoid getting stuck with a horrible ace-point game. White already has two checkers behind our prime, so sending a third checker back doesn't seem as urgent to me as anchoring. After bar/21, I'm not sure whether to play 13/11 or 7/5. Probably 13/11.
