I would step up with 24/22 13/10. Since the race is even, I want to be able to disengage if I'm lucky enough to roll big. With a blot on the 24pt, I can't disengage with any big doublets.

As for the choice between 24/22 and 24/21, I want to be a little cautious about having my straggler attacked, and the 22pt is a bit safer than the 21pt.
