B/22 7/3* breaks your 4 prime and leaves 6 blots around the board. That looks too blotty so it's between making the 21 or B/21 8/5. I'd do the latter since you're up in the race and you'll probably be able to make an anchor on the next roll or two anyway. Making the 21 leaves White 12 numbers to hit on your 8-point and those are pretty strong for White.
